These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern
the sale of virtual private server (VPS) hosting services (the
"Services") by AceRDP ("Seller") to the customer ("Customer").

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements for
the sale of Services by Seller.

Any variation to these Terms must be agreed in writing by
Seller.
Product Description

AceRDP offers KVM-virtualized remote desktop plans running on
Windows and Linux operating systems. Each plan includes
dedicated resources like RAM, CPU, and disk space, and fair use
of bandwidth, as detailed on the website.

Our RDP services provide encrypted systems and are offered for
durations ranging from 1 month to 1 year, depending on the
user's choice at the time of purchase.
Pricing and Payment

The price of each RDP plan is stated in euros and depends on
the selected service plan.

AceRDP accepts payment via cryptocurrency and credit card.
Payment must be made in full prior to deployment of services.
Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued back to the original payment method.
However, refunds may be granted in the form of credits to your
AceRDP account balance, which can be used for future purchases.
Ensure you carefully review your chosen plan before making a
purchase.
User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities comply
with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login
credentials and promptly report any suspected unauthorized
access.

Users agree not to engage in activities that could harm the
integrity or reputation of AceRDP’s services.
Account/Server Termination

AceRDP reserves the right to suspend any account or service if
there is any violation of the Terms of Service. This includes,
but is not limited to, the following prohibited activities:

Cracking without Proxy (damages the server’s IP
reputation).

Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) Attacks (disrupts server functionality
and impacts other users).

Mining (causes sustained 100% CPU usage,
affecting server performance).

Running Botnets (poses security risks and
violates network policies).
-
Sending Spam Emails (harms the server's IP
reputation).
-
Port Scanning (including network probing, vulnerability scanning, or reconnaissance of systems without explicit authorization).

First Infringement: The server will
be suspended, and the user will receive an email notification.
The user must open a support ticket to address the issue and
regain access to the server.

Second Infringement: The server will
be suspended again. Users will have 3 days to open a ticket to
request temporary access to retrieve their data. If no ticket is
opened within this time, the server will be permanently deleted.

Activities that do not harm the server's IP reputation or cause
sustained 100% CPU usage are allowed.

We encourage users to adhere strictly to the Terms of Service to maintain
uninterrupted access and ensure fair usage for all
customers.
Data Collection & Privacy

AceRDP may collect personal information such as name, address,
email, and purchase history. This data is stored securely and is
only required for managing your account. Providing this data is
not mandatory to use our services.
Uptime Guarantee & Compensation

We offer a 99.5% uptime guarantee for our RDP services. In case
of downtime, users will be compensated by adding additional time
to their RDP plan equivalent to the downtime, but only if the
downtime is noticeable (e.g., 1 day of downtime = 1 day added).
Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time, and it is the
customer's responsibility to periodically check the website for
any changes. Continued use of the service after any
modifications indicate acceptance of the revised terms.
