How renewals and auto-renew work
Servers renew one day before expiry, from your account balance.
Servers are renewed automatically for another 30 days, one day before they expire, using your account balance.
If the balance is short
The renewal fails and the server expires on its date. Top up before that day and the renewal is retried.
Turning it off
Set Auto-Renew to OFF on the server's management page. The server then simply expires at the end of its paid term.
After expiry
An expired server is kept for a grace period before deletion, and the management page shows a countdown. Renewing inside that window restores it with its data intact.
